The idea for a small hotel and restaurant in Old Plovdiv was born in 1999. Then the founder of the hotel Georgi Tashev joined the race for the privatization of the beautiful house on Konstantin Stoilov Street.
Born and raised in Plovdiv, Georgi Tashev describes the decision to develop this business as a kind of provocation to this part of himself, which has always sought to do something interesting and pleasing to the eye.
“This business is not one of the most profitable, it does not make you rich, but it gives great pleasure and gives back enough to make you happy to do it” – Georgi Tashev / 21.05.1955 -17.04.2021 /
